Martin joined Equate Asset Management in 2026 as an Associate in Investments and Operations. He brings over a decade of professional experience, including more than seven years in various finance-related roles across foreign exchange, banking, public equities, and private equity.

Prior to Equate, Martin served as a Dealing Representative and Compliance Officer at Waverley Corporate Financial Services, developing deep expertise in capital raising, private equity investments, investment banking, and due diligence. He provided strategic investment allocation guidance to retail investors in the exempt market, while playing a key role in strengthening the firm’s compliance framework, and standard operating procedures.

At Equate, Martin is committed to working closely with clients, delivering thoughtful, client-focused investment solutions, while leveraging his broad and multidisciplinary background to add value to the firm.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Langara College and is currently pursuing his MBA at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his growing family and two dogs, cooking, running, exercising, and travelling.
